1. I believe that it is a sustainable approach for a company to offer as much transparency as possible in its communication both internally and externally, however to different degrees. Transparency is important because it shows employees, customers and other stakeholders that the company is on its track, it is in line with its objectives and that all its actions are legal, ethical and responsible. It also helps establish more efficient work relationships and work habits between employees, professionally.Inside the company itself, employees must show an effective departmental communication, not only within their own but also with the others, communicate and share information as necessary in order to complete certain projects, concerning the operational functionality of the company. Employees are also much more confident and relaxed when they are aware of most or all of the information their colleagues have and they are able to work at the same level. Blogs should be kept in my opinion more official, where content is edited by very few people, a tool which could be more credible for the outside stakeholders of the bank, while wikis where many more employees could have access should be kept more internal, excluding the information that the company is willing to share on the market and in this case it could
