Introduction

For the introduction of Unilever, as Unilever supply chain manager I will be analysing the four key flows of supply chain management, the make process and the distribution plan. As for the background for Unilever our brands are trusted all over the place and, by listening to the individuals who purchase them, we've developed into one of the world's best customer merchandise organizations. Indeed, 150 million times each day, somebody some place picks a Unilever item. (Unilever, 2015)
