Parental Control

The greatest challenge that every school has to face every school year is parents. There has, and

always will, been parental involvement dealing with the children's education. They say that too much

parental involvement in a child's education can have damaging consequences. This is very true. But yes

parental involvement is good for the school, but too much will cause a dramatic shift in the school's

education system. Not only will this affect the school as well, but also the teachers and the students

especially. Therefore, as more and more parental involvement comes, the greater the issue will be

towards the school, the teachers, and the students.

What affect that parental involvement will have on the students is that it will greatly affect the

student's independency. "As a child gets older, it is a real problem for a parent to work against their

child's independent thought and action, and it is happening more often" (Source B). Children will not

grow to be successful people if their parents persistently intervene their child's education. This is the

key issue that caused many children not being able to pass a class, or even pass the elementary in that

matter. Children thrive on being independent, but the parents must also come to realize that their child

will not strive to be successful if they persistently intervene their child's education. This also relates to
