Opportunity: Strong and stable relationship with various brands and organization
Threat: The high publicity of member merely can maintain a short period.
With unique and experienced business unit, many scandals created by their members can be handling and overcome by them with the correct and efficiency method. Thus, the impact of company can be reduced to minimum and the image of company also can guarantee in the end. The relationship with other brands and organization will no effect and more opportunity cooperate with other organization will obtain. YG company no need to worry about the high publicity of member decrease along with time, since YG have ready many platform for their artist beside in entertainment categories.

YG Company can develop their company to several markets include the style of song.
