The movie ‘up in the air’ is related to downsizing the employees in USA.

Main points of the movie:

  1. Ryan is a person who travels all around the world and spend 80% his life in planes .he is an expert in terminating the employees.
  2. He meet a new employee who’s name was Natalie Keener. She is a bright, ambitious new graduate who has taken a job.
  3. Natalie comes up with an idea, a video system introduce through which we can terminate the employees and reduce expenses of travelling.
  4. Both the Natalie and Ryan travel all over the USA and firing the employee’s .During travelling Natalie received a text message from his boyfriend that he didn’t wants to be a part of her any more life. Which hearts Natalie a lot ,she left the work in between and back to home.
  5. He goes back to his company learning that Natalie has quit, and that the old program is on. He earns his miles, which he transfers to his sister for travel. He reflects on his loneliness and knows that things will not change for him.

Exploratory research is a type of research conducted for a problem that has not been clearly defined. Exploratory research helps determine the best research design, data collection method and selection of subjects. It should draw definitive conclusions only with extreme caution. Given its fundamental nature, exploratory research often concludes that a perceived problem does not actually exist.

It is mot fixed to particular method we do research through any method but the focus on logical facts ,so that we can answer the questions and even can do theories test. and the data which  we collected should true in a sense that it should be
