Trait Theories | Traits can predict leadership and do a better job predicting the emergence of leaders and the appearance of leadership than actually distinguishing between effective and ineffective leaders | Not every leader will have all the personal qualities and characteristics | Identifying the desired qualities for leaders I current workforce and working with those individuals to transform them into leaders | Trying to put an employee in a leadership role that has no desire nor any leadership qualities |
