This is with reference to the captioned subject regarding the implementation of Clear Pack packaging system in place of Cardboard packaging system. Herewith I am postingmy decision report on the subject matter as stated above.

In this report I have scrutinized the case from several perspectives, assimilated the outcomes of scrutiny and arrived to a conclusion.

Executive Summary

W. C. Wood Company (WCWC), in Guelph, Oriento,following the Cardboard packaging method for their home appliance product freezers, refrigerators. A proposal regarding the implementation of Clear Pack packaging system in place of Cardboard packaging method is raised. According to this proposal,Clear Pack packaging plan claims huge initial capital investment buton other hand it saves material cost, labour charges and damage claim amount which in turn facilitateto boostthe company’s profit.

In this decision report to arrive at a constructive conclusion,four key factors i.e. financial factor, customer satisfaction, equipment handling, and implementation concern are identified and each plausible option has been evaluated based on these criteria.

After critical assessment it is indorsed that WCWC should go ahead with Clear Pack in all production lines in place of Cardboard packaging in a single instillation.
