RTP an Indian Real State Company is situated in northern state of India. This company aims to construct affordable homes for people of Punjab state of India. Houses constructed by the company will provide unique features such as unique design according to customer description, furnished floors, soothing paints, and comfortable atmosphere. In addition to unique features, the company has drafted a payment framework for customer because it aims to provide customer with unbelievable facilities (Chillya et al, 2009).

Company has selected the Punjab because in people of these states does not have the option of making a comprehensive choice of selecting a home that could provide them all what people desire. Punjab valley will provide people of that region all what they desire for instance it will comprise of schools, pools, gym, separate car parking, shops, this valley will be near all the markets of Punjab, and various others facilities.

Being a new company in this competitive business environment the management of the company has developed a strong vision and mission statements, and aims to run its business under the guidance of its mission and vision statements. RTP has drafted certain set of objectives that it aims to accomplish with few years of its incorporation.

Objectives of the company

Management of the company has set certain objectives that it aims to accomplish in future. Some of the main objectives are identified as follows.

• Company aspects the annual sales of $250,000 in first year of business, and has expected around 20 percent increase in annual sales for next three years.
