The Iranian nuclear talks have been around since 2003, and the question is, “What purpose does it serve, peaceful or harmful?” The West has been worried that Iran has been enriching uranium to make atomic bombs; however, Iran claims to use nuclear power for only peaceful purposes. The U.S should engage in Multilateral Diplomacy to stop Iran’s nuclear program. The impact is greater when nations are working together for a common goal, form a strong alliance with Iranian youth to introduce diplomacy and construct an agreement of lowering sanctions which will increase Iran’s economy.

Multilateral Diplomacy is the best way to handle the Iran Nuclear Deal since this situation is too large for one country to deal with alone. If one nation attempts to force change in another country’s government they are viewed as Imperialists and the effects could be disastrous. Establishing a positive relationship between the United States and allied countries with Iran will allow negotiations to be approached in a calm manner. Iran will feel less threatened and may show more of a desire to cooperate as they did in 2003. Iran was willing to allow IAEA (International Atomic Energy Association) to inspect their nuclear facilities and also froze their nuclear weapons program during this time. This Multilateral approach will create the strength and power necessary to reach an agreement to end the development of nuclear weapons.

Iran’s youth makes up over fifty percent of the nation’s population and they are ready for a change in government. Over 70% of Iran’s educated graduates cannot find jobs and without jobs they can not make any money which is leading them into poverty. During the regime of the former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the quality of life was harsh due to brutal crackdowns by morality police, who would beat women if they did not fully cover their heads.
