Adolf Hitler Case

As everyone knows, Adolf Hitler was the leader of the National Socialist German Workers Party, which known as the NAZI Party, and the head of the Third Reich. It is he who rebuilt Germany after the failure of World War I, and he was one of the main sponsors of the World War II. He had an extreme influence at the world after this bloody war. At the same time, Hitler was also a politician, speaker, strategist, psychologist, architect, and painter. It shows he had the talents not only in command the military, but also in arts. However, most of the people who know the history of World War II will say he was a little bit crazy. Hitler is considered to have some psychological problems. And it’s mainly because of his early life and his appetite of power.

At 18:30 on April 20th, 1889, a young woman named Klara gave birth to a baby boy who was her third child, and his three older brothers died in infancy. So, she loved this little boy very much. This boy was Adolf Hitler who became so famous. Adolf’s father, Alois, was an illegitimate son of a peasant and a wandering mill worker, and his mother was Alois’ niece who got married in 25-years-old when Alois was 48. This was Alois’ third marriage and Adolf was his fourth child. This very strange personal life history and kinship in the eyes of the world might create Hitler’s distinctive qualities and personality.

When Adolf was 3 years old, his family moved to Passau in Germany because his father had to manage a customs which belongs to Austria. During that time, Adolf played with German children in the German city, and it had made an important affect to Adolf Hitler which marked his accent all of his life. Then at the age of 6 in 1895, Adolf’s family moved back to Austria. His father was described as a tyrant at that time. Although there was no evidence to show he beat little Adolf, but we can see that little Adolf lived in a family which did not have a good environment for a child to grow up. One year later, Adolf moved to another small city with his father and got a very good grade in the new school while he found he had the talent of painting. Unfortunately, his father wanted him to be a civil serve like himself. After he entered a 6-year secondary school, his grades plummeted. So his family sent him to a 4-year secondary school in Linz. In 1903, Alois died because of a serious disease.

In 1906, Hitler went to Vienna and tried to study in an art college. Unfortunately, he failed twice on the entrance exam. He decided to stay in Vienna alone without sent letters to his family or went back home. During his life in Vienna, he didn’t receive guests but hard at study, or went out and listened to operas. Sometimes he strolled in the streets with no purpose. He received the idea of extreme nationalism and Anti-Semitism in Vienna. He finally went back to Linz until October, 1907. At that time, his mother, Klara, was very week due to breast cancer.
