An infamous feud between two households, the Montagues and the Capulets inspired a tragic story of star-crossed lovers that has been told through generations. In William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, an epic feud transpired in 13th century Verona, as the feud ensued many lives were lost, notably Romeo and Juliet. The play which only takes place in a span of four days, displays a deadly feud which leads to the that tragic demise. Without the feud the brawl would not occur and Romeo would have not been a murderer. When Romeo states “Thou canst not speak of that thou dost not feel” he is telling Friar Lawrence that he does not understand. Romeo most likely thinks he is in the deepest that anybody has ever been in. This deep sense of pain would be avoidable if not for the feud. When Romeo is finally banished everything goes wrong, That's when Juliet put herself into a coma. Through a series of miscommunications including Romeo thinking Juliet was dead he puts himself to death as well. When Juliet finds out that Romeo has died she kills herself. The tragic death at the end resulted from the banishment of Romeo which was caused
