To be healthy is what many people all over the world want. Many people always wonder that “how to live a healthy life”. It seems like it is easy to answer but difficult to think. For this reason, I can tell you the best 3 points of this question.

First of all, drink more water is what we need to do. Of course, most of us actually don’t drink enough water every day. Water is essential for our body to function. Do you know over 60% of our body is made up of water? Water is needed to carry out our body function, remove waste and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Since we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake. As a consequence, water is very importance for carrying our body.

Secondly, exercise is the best point. We need to do exercise every day, not just a few times a week. Movement is life. Research has shown that daily exercising brings tremendous benefits to our health including increasing of life span, lowering of risk of diseases, higher bone density and weight loss. As a result, it is important to do exercise if you want to have a healthy life.

Last but not least, smoking is what many people all around the world should stop. It has been extensively proven that smoking is detrimental to health, severely increasing the risk of lung cancer, kidney cancer, esophageal cancer of our gullet, heart attack and more. Smoking “light” cigarettes does not decrease health risks. If you are a smoker, you should quit for better health. It is not only for your selves but also your family and friends. If you don’t smoke, stay that way and don’t start. For these reasons, smoking brings many disadvantages to us so say no to smoking.

In conclusion, follow these three best points every day could make you healthy. It is easier said than done. In the world, there is nothing we can’t do, if we try the best to do it. As an old saying “life is struggle”.
