Dear Sir/Madam,
SOFTEC, the Software Exhibition and Competition is a magnificent annual event organized at FAST-NU Lahore Campus, which focuses on promoting the advancement of Information Technology. SOFTEC provides exposure, a forum for the exchange of ideas and a platform for innovation. The much awaited annual SOFTEC event is heavily promoted. Once again, this year, the preparations have commenced, and the SOFTEC Society will be honored to acknowledge the presence of your institution at this mega I.T event.
SOFTEC Society, the organizing body of this annual I.T. extravaganza is the largest student society at FAST-NU. It organizes a diverse range of I.T related competitions and exhibitions, which participants from all over the world come to attend. FAST-NU, one of the leading higher education institutes in Pakistan. SOFTEC has not only proven enriching for the FAST-NU, it has also been instrumental for the advancement of research and technology in Pakistan’s I.T. industry.
SOFTEC, an I.T. event of exceptional standing, started with a single competition in 1995. It grows bigger every year, boasting of nearly a dozen different competitions and exhibitions. Now SOFTEC 2016 will undoubtedly attract even more international interest and participation.
The competitions include Software Competition, Engineering Project Competition, Programming Competition, Robo Rumble, Web Development Competition, Graphic Designing Competition and Gaming Competition.
The exhibitions include Software House Enclosure, Software Exhibition and Engineering Project Exhibition.
The two day competition is scheduled to be held on the 12th and 13th of March, 2016. The SOFTEC Society will be highly honored if you choose to participate in Ideas Xtreme. Enclosed herewith are rules and regulations of this competition along with their descriptions and assorted details. This year’s theme for Ideas Xtreme is “Space and Technology”. We have also sent a poster, for display in your institute, in order to advertise the event amongst your student body.
