General Terms & Conditions:
- The above unit prices based on the drawing provided by M/S Carillion (GENERIC PARTITION TYPES).
- The above unit prices based on Installation/labor work only (Without any kind of material)
- All kind of material required for any type of Partition shall be provided by M/S Carillion.
- All kind of scaffolding material shall be provided by M/S Carillion and erection/assemblage of scaffolds/mobile towers shall be done by M/S Services & Solutions Co.
- Shifting of required material to the working area shall be in the scope of M/S Services & Solutions Co.
- All kind of tools/plants/equipment to carry out the installation activity shall be in the scope of M/S Services & Solutions Co.
- Working area shall be cleared from any kind of obstruction by M/S Carillion.
- Working area shall be properly illuminated (if required) by M/S Carillion.
- Electricity/power for electric tool/plants/equipment shall be provided by M/S Carillion.
- Adequate manpower and supervision shall be provided by M/S Services & Solutions Co. to get along with the schedule set by M/S Carillion.
- In case of idle manpower caused by whatsoever reasons from M/S Carillion, M/S Services & Solutions Co. shall claim daily wages of manpower.
- Site office and store shall be provided by M/S Carillion.
- PPE for workers shall be provided by M/S Services & Solutions Co.
