Executive Summary of the Business

        Zumba Clinique Fitness is a service-based company located in a shop lot in Dataran Austin, Kuala Terengganu serving all demographical groups. It will be established in January 2018, where we provide a zumba class in various sessions in ensuring that people will stay fit by exercising regularly and maintaining the healthy lifestyle. Zumba Clinique Fitness will make its way to become the number one family-focused fitness center with our own style zumba services.

Zumba Clinique Fitness is a partnership business with start-up capital of RM30, 000. All the profit will be borne based on the profit-sharing ratio and loss will be borne based on capital contribution. All the profit loss will be borne based on capital contribution. By offering unique and entertaining zumba services that devote various age layers, we are sure that our company can achieve the desired vision.

        Our zumba session will be held at the studio where located in first floor at PT 35396, Dataran Austin, Jalan Gong Badak, Kg Wakaf Tembesu, Kuala Terengganu, 21300 Terengganu where we provide customers with the facility to match the needs of the average family near Kuala Terengganu. We prepare our clients and members with zumba routine and diet nutrition that perfectly suit their lifestyle and help them achieving their desired results and to help create lasting healthy habits that will last them valuable knowledge in a lifetime.

Zumba Clinique Fitness will be operated every day. Zumba per session will be around one hour. The fees will be charge for RM13 per session for all types of zumba we provided. For the membership fee, we charged for RM45 per month in which there will be 4 session per month. For people that want to have two sessions per week, we provide discounts in which the fee will be RM85 per month. The schedule of the Zumba Clinique Fitness will be provided at the appendix.

Our major goal is to encourage families to cultivate the habit of regularly exercising by having membership package that is highly discounted for families that enrolled in zumba centre. Our fitness centre comes together with the service that enabled all the parents to exercise without worrying on their kids. We provide places for kids to play while the parents are enjoying the Zumba session.

We run a zumba services that will help members who want to lose weight to achieve their desire without little stress. We have weight management consultant who will work with individual based on customized fitness and nutrition needs.

Our services include providing zumba class, nutrition counselling, kid’s playground, full locker room services, juice bar that serve healthy meal pack, comprehensive fitness assessment and full membership.
