Project Plan 

1. Project Title 

Develop the packaging for Yong Leng brand (หย่งเล้ง) or develop marketing plan to entering the new market.

 2. Project Background 

This project aims to assist the new business. The business is related to the honey industry. the band of this business is called ”น้ำผึ้งหย่งเล้ง” which started at Khon kaen provinces Thailand. Currently, the company produces a various product such as honey and honeycomb that sell at nationwide. And this reason we would like to help this company develop the product and gather as much information to achieve the resulted results.

Due to the need to expand customer groups to teenagers, which the current teenage population has increased. Business owner therefore want to develop production that can reach this group of customers. But because of the problem of the package that does not meet the needs or customer satisfaction. Therefore, we created this project by doing questionnaires to solve problems. With principles from the survey of usage habits, interests or satisfaction in packages or products, which results from this survey will be used to develop the product or suggest a recommendation and marketing strategy to meet  customer‘s need to the business owner.




3. Project Objectives 

            1.  To help entrepreneur in the development of the brand to reach new customer groups.

2. To create a new packaging design of the product to make impression, to meet  customer‘s satisfaction or suggest a recommendation and marketing strategy to meet  customer‘s need to the entrepreneur.

3. Get to know the needs and suggestions of the customers on the products to improve the current packaging or improve marketing strategy.

4. Project period and project site

Instruction: Specify the project deadline

1.      Discussion scope of planning project 2  (Week 1 Jan 17, 2019 พฤหัส) 

2.      Start to doing project planning (Week 2-3  Jan 18-28, 2019  ศ-ส)

3. Questionnaires 1  (For customers behavior) (Week 3 - 8)

  • Evaluate the customers behavior
  • Discussion with the owner to understand the customers behavior
  • Design the examples of packaging to create questionnaires

4. Questionnaires 2 (For design the new package) (Week 8-13)

  • Evaluate the packaging information from questionnaires
  • Discussion with the owner for select the best design
  • Produce new packaging or develop marketing plan

5. Follow up the result (Week 14-15 )

  • Follow the entrepreneur decision to produce new packaging or develop marketing plan and learning new strategies to enter new market.

5. Project Approach and activities  and Project budget

Instruction: Here is where you can insert the entire list of the team project activities alongside schedule and the team can add 2 extra columns; the first one to identify budget for each activity which would help the team to effectively manage project cash flow. And the second one to identify a specific team member which will be in-charged for each activity.
