Since WEBABLE is a premium brand in the agency space, so their payment is also premium. They usually usually pay more than the industry standards as they charge more than the industry standards. their salary ranges from 5k for interns to 80k for planners. If a candidate has previous work experience, they ask them for previous pay slip and pay them more or the same amount. There are certain benefits for reaching goals. For example, annual retreat is something that we do every year if the target is met. Usually it’s based or sales. This is for the whole company. Other benefits include free coffee, flexible working hours and even uber fare for going to meetings. We believe no employee should bear the expense of their transport. As a company, we are more focused on working and reaching our goals rather than just focusing on who come when and what they wear.
