SUBJECT: Recreation an enjoyable lifestyle
According to the research we have conducted, proves to us that providing a Dicks Sporting Goods to Indiana, Pennsylvania would be beneficial to the residents of Indiana and outside communities. Our studies have also shown that people enjoy recreational activities however; it is difficult for them to acquire such products due to the lack of a sporting goods store.
We feel that we can resolve this issue by bringing a Dicks Sporting Goods store to our community. We have found several locations in the White Township area that will accommodate our business. Some potential areas are located near major local roads and other large businesses that would bring in clientele. The clientele for our Dicks Sporting Goods store will consist of Indiana residents including IUP students and surrounding townships.
Constructing a Dicks Sporting Goods store will be beneficial in many ways for our local economy. By opening this new store we will create 50+ full time jobs. These jobs will consist of full time pay and also benefits including health insurance.
The main purpose of opening a Dicks Sporting Good in Indiana is because based on our research people have to travel on average 30 to 45 min to get sporting good equipment. By creating this business people can spend more at the store and less on gas to travel. Our research proves that it is important to cut travel time down not only for convenience but also travel costs.
