USP Definition:

  •                 –  Express your Unique Selling Proposition in a concise statement.
  •                 –  What differentiates you from your competition (how are you  better/faster/cheaper)
  •                 –  How does this translate to Value for your customers?
  •   Customer Segmentation:
  •  Who are the customers (age / psychographic profile / demographic profile)
  • What are their buying patterns for your product or service
  • Create a “Persona” of each customer  
  • Marketing Plan:
  •                 –  How do you reach your target customers?
  •                 –  How will you capture and grow market share?
  •                 –  How do you build brand awareness and create the “call to action” around a  purchase?
  •  Sales Strategy & Plan:
  •                 –  Number and type of sales persons?  Towards guides, the operations
  •                 –  Types of sales or sales calls?
  •                 –  Expected volume of activity per sales person / sales executive?
  •                 –  How is the sales strategy structured for scale?
  •                 –  How does the projected growth of the company compare to the growth of  the industry, growth of the customers, and the strengths / weaknesses of the competitors?
