Introduction:

Management of tourism and hospitality organizations has been becoming a challenging and competitive sector nowadays. Tourism and hospitality industry consists of varieties of organizations mostly hotel, motel, transportations etc. all of them are linked to each other. So having good management control over the organizations will continue this wheel of success without any hindrances. This research project entirely based on these management problems in tourism and hospitality organizations. A proper specification of research, as well as the methods of collecting data with interpretation, has been included in this study.
