Company Profile/Background

The company that the group has chosen is Radiant Jewelry Corporation. It started as a thesis - Racquel Del Rosario had a vision of what business she wanted to pursue, and it was diamonds and jewelry. An idea that was written in paper became a real enterprise after she received her college diploma. It was in the year 2000 that Radiant Jewelry Corporation was born. It has one physical branch located in Greenhills, Shopping Center. The company only has 9 employees in total. The vision mission of the company is to make a positive difference in the lives of the clients, staff, and the whole community. They aim to create happy clients and staff, to be the motivating force of the community, and to help the people in need whenever they can. The company specializes on engagement rings and weddings rings; however, they also offer other fine jewelry. Their target market is men who are 25-35 years old and women who are 35-60 years old. The company has been running for 16 years; thus, through time and experience, they have learned that excellence means delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. The company is equipped to supply the finest jewelries to customers who are looking for quality products. They also serve and accommodate customers who desire to customize their jewelry.
