7.8 BUSINESS AND OPERATION HOURS

        We started operating our store hours earlier than our business hours because we want to be prepared before we open our doors to our customers. We do this mainly to avoid chaos during the business hours. By doing this, we will be able to provide the best service to our customers and make sure our customers are satisfied with our service and more importantly, our products.

        Our store will operate for 13 hours per day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. everyday. However, will holiday will be provide for one employee but but on different days for each person. This is because our employees are entitled to get a rest period not exceeding 30 hours per week and to make sure their morale is preserved and they do not overwork which will lead to a decline in productivity.

7.9 LICENSE, PERMITS AND REGULATIONS

Business registration fees & license

The business fees are RM60. Business registration fees are available at Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). To do business, the business has obtained business Local Council License (PBT) license cost of RM100 as a permission for our premise will be located.

Typhoid vaccine injection

Since our company is in the food and beverages industry, it is necessary for all our workers to get typhoid injection. The cost of typhoid injection per person is RM30 at a govermnet clinic. Therefore, the total cost of typhoid injection is RM 330 for 11 person which includes our chef, assistant chef and cleaner who is involved in cleaning the kitchen area. Our employees take only 1 injection every 3 years.

Halal certificate

We had obtained a Halal certificate from JAKIM to make sure that our products are 100% Halal for all Muslims customers. The cost of getting a Halal certification from JAKIM is RM200 per 1 year for business in the food and beverages industry.
