   Knowledge management is a series of business processes which is used for creating, storing, transferring, and utilizing knowledge. Knowledge management also greatly benefits from the use of information technology to support business processes, and it is about the entire process of discovery. Information technology supports a company's knowledge management to create, share, capture, codify, and distribute the company's knowledge.

  1. What is the role of end users in information systems project management? Discuss. (33%)

End users are of the greatest importance in systems development. If high level of user participates in designing and operating information systems, there will be two benefits:

1) Users have more chances to make the system meet business requirements according to their priorities and more opportunities to control the outcome of the development process.

2) Users can react to the completed system positively and better.

If managers and users have the user-designer communication gap which will be a high possibility to fail different goals, manager must be aware of and work to minimize it. Such communication problems are one of the main reasons why user requirements are not appropriately addressed in information systems and why users are driven out of the implementation process.

  1. Identify and discuss a factor that works with technology to drive internationalization of businesses. (33%)

The development of global culture is a factor that works with technology to drive internationalization of businesses. Nowadays, people in different cultures can have their common views of right and wrong, by using the internet, TV, and some social media. This is the emerging of global culture. What's more, cultural conflicts can be reduced in this way, at the same time, global businesses and capitalism benefit from global culture. So we can know that internationalization of businesses is driven because of the development of global culture.
