Definitions of knowledge management

In history , people work really hard to get proper and useful knowledge management. Knowledge management has lots of definitions which can be changed according to different ideas. Knowledge management is to be able to reach the necessary and relevant knowledge whenever wanted. Knowledge management tries to reach correct knowledge and also try to create , represent and share knowledge. Also knowledge management tries to distribute knowledge through organizations. It's purpose is really simple which is better achieving knowledge by using knowledge management. It is a really complex system which includes capturing, storing, sharing and using the knowledge, to achieve objectives by managers or companies

Also, I want to share opinions of important people who are really respectful in their careers. Their thoughts about knowledge management is , in my opinon , are true.
