Executive Summary 

· The product that we have come up with is a e-playbook and we think we have designed something that will have a big impact at all levels of football in different ways. 

· Our product is an online system that is used by sports coaches to make playbooks for all different sports. 

· Our product consists of a platform where a coach can easily draw out the routes for their players to follow and can save the routes and them after drawing them so they can easily be accessed if they need to be used again in a different situation. 

· The E-play book comes equipped with multiple design layouts to pick from for all sports and the different field situations. 

· Our product is going to change the way in which coaches and athletes prepare at all levels, and we hope that our product is so useful and advanced that it will be used at the professional level by some of the best people to do it. 

· To start off we want our product to be used by the high school level and that were we plan to break out this product. 

· The way I which we plan to get this product out to these coaches and high school programs is to go to them directly and meet with them show them what the product is, how the product works and will give them each a free demo on it so they can get a feel for it. 

· We feel that driving to the program themselves is better than a phone call because its more personable and seems like a better way to make the coaches feel like they are getting good product from the right group of people and if they invest it will be a good investment. 

· Our initial investment will be $25,000 to get this product up and running. 

· We see our product being very useful and helpful to the consumers very early on and with that we see that our product will have a very solid growth in the future especially after year 1.

Mission

Our goal is to change the way coaches and players design plays and make the design process easy as possible. We want to build one of the easiest playbooks to be used by coaches of all ages. We want to be the best playbook ever and make our customers comeback after each season.

Company Description

Our company is a small business founded by 3 football players who played at Framingham State University. We are based in Framingham Massachusetts and meet up at one another’s house. Our company has a total of 6 employees all working to sell this product and constantly update the product to keep our customers happy. Our product is called EPlaybook and its made for football coaches and players. Our goal is to have one of the easiest playbooks known to date. Our product will be a one-time purchase at the beginning of each season. The program is easy to use, it will have custom yard markers and you can design the field however you want. The plays will be easy to make up too and if you want to make a duplicate of a certain play you can do that also. Customer service is our top priority and we plan on having very good communication with our customers. To pitch our product, we plan on traveling the United States and going directly to schools’ athletic directors and coaches to try and sell our product.
