1. As environment changing, Custom Molds, Inc. has having some changes in orders. The number of orders for mold fabrication per year was stable but orders for muliple mold were decreasing. while the number of orders per year were declined but the sizes wre larger for plastic parts. These changes gave rise to bottlenecks. So, their delivery time and defective products were increased.

▶Mixing process-Dry-mixing and blending the compounds and wet-mixing the mixture
▶Manufaturing the parts
▶Cutting and trimming the parts
▶Assembly or packing and shipping area
