Product Strengths: 1. It is a healthy product, contain the element of vegetable with a good taste
2. The novel package (Disney stories) attract children’s interest, different package for boys and girls
3.Different color gummies which made by natural fruit juice
Product Weaknesses: 1. There are lots of healthy food competitor out there. (Enzyme)
2. Price of our product could be higher than others
Company Strengths: 1. We know the strength of the market
2. We build and keep a good relationship with our customer- high customer service
3. Niche market- since we are the people like to eat healthy and looking for healthy food, so we know exactly what our customs are looking for (understand the trend)
4. Bring something new, like new eating habit, change people’s eating behavior
