Club IT, is the type of the club that desires to have high-energy and high-impact place where their clients can come together for some good conversation, meal and good time. Their current IT situation needs immediate improvement in order to be what it inspires to be. Innovations of Information Systems will bring the new perspective on the business and new start.

Current clients of Club IT are hip generation that consists of Millennial and Net Generation. These people are very internet savvy; they use their electronic devices like cell phones for internet shopping. To accommodate the clientele in using their internet enabled devices they will have to install Wi-Fi network in the club. As of this moment, they do have dial-up system, which is causing delays in operations of the business, and it is unavailable to the customers. My suggestion is to create separated part of the club with free available Wi-Fi network with Broadband Access receivers on every few feet in the club. This is a great idea but it can be costly and dangerous. Cost would come from the installation and the costs of the needed devices to a monthly access bills. The solution for this issue would be to set the rule that every customer needs a minimum of ten dollars purchase in the club (drinks and food) to be able to use internet. Unsecured network will be an issue, there is a possibility of unwanted individuals connecting to the club’s network and abusing it. This can be prevented by the securing the network and after making the minimum purchase clients would be given the access code so they can use internet.

Club IT currently is preselling the tickets for Friday and Saturday’s shows over the phone and in person to the clientele. Solution for improvement of this will be with Wi-Fi installation. Clients will then be able to purchase same tickets from their computers and internet enabled devices.
