The development of economic and society, international economic integration created a lot of property for country, expanded and diversified about goods, service. Vietnam was one of the members of WTO that is an advantage to enjoy the globalization market. That was also motivation and opportunity for all the business in building and developing their company. Consumer had many opportunities to choose goods, service so the competition between companies was getting more. This wasn't small challenge for companies, they ought to build strategies to compete with another competitors. A lot of companies just thought immediate profits, they exploited resource unreasonable or use chemistry to produced harmful and unsafe food. Another one manufactured fake goods, poor quality. The result of those actions effected benefit and health of consumers seriously. Environment was getting more polluted. Where was their ethic business? They didn't know what they did unethically or they were pretending?

The purpose of this essay is to impress the importance of ethic for organizations. Why management need to consider ethic issues in their organization behavior. Firstly, this essay will definite what business ethic is? Secondly, the essay will evaluate how impact business ethic has on consumer's health and environment and CSR about business ethic. Finally, this essay will suggest some solutions for companies to improve and increase awareness of business ethic.

II.WHAT IS THE BUSINESS ETHIC?

In many researching years of scientist and economist that it isn't clear and easy definite about business ethic because ethic isn't only about following laws and regulation, or religious beliefs. Ethic isn't standard behavior or right or wrong feelings. Ethic depends on culture, custom society and attitude of each country or depends on happened situations.
