Round 1: Bidding for Players

Bidding process for the IPL will be conducted for five teams. To ensure a level playing field, the teams have initially been provided with 10 players whose sum of player value comes out to 10. The teams will then have to provide inputs in order to bid by placing their bid price on each of the 10 star players, but will be awarded only 2 players per team at the end of the bidding process. In case a team is not interested in a particular player, they will have to bid at the base price. In case of a tie, a player will be allocated randomly between teams with the highest bid value and have not fulfilled their quota of 2 star players; else it will go to the next highest bidder.
