Conclusion

Apple Inc. led the technological world into new milestones. Apple Inc. set new rules for the game and will continue to do so. Apple Inc. could retain its innovative edge as long as it follows the Company Vision and slogan i.e “Think different”.

Technological evolution, introducing new product designs with technical elegance and investments on Research and Development sector to come up with new innovations are the key factors that help Apple Inc. to become trendsetter.

Problem Statement

Could Apple truly change the rules of game in computing and in next generation devices? And could it retain its innovative edge even Jobs the man who had “Changed the rules for company” for the company was no longer at its helm?

Defense

Basically, Apple Incorporation has been known for its innovations and quality products. Customers don’t expect less from Apple, which makes them trendsetters. Technological evolutions and elegant designs were always issue for other competitors but that was not true in Apple case. Frequent Up gradation of Operating System, latest technology with inspiring features and elegant designs are among the main attributes of Apple products. These attributes gives extra edge to Apple Inc. over its rivals. Investment on Research and Development sector helps company to understand the need of customers and to come up with unique products, which fulfill the customer needs.

Now if Apple Inc. wants to retain its innovative edge as a game changer and a trend setter, Apple should focus on its innovation and company slogan (Think Different).Demise of Steve job was great loss for Apple Inc. But it has been said,” No Matter How Good You Are, You can always Be Replaced”. So Despite of this massive loss, Vision and ideology of Steve job still exists in the minds of Apple employs.
