What to do when you have no access to the site. You write something completely bogus for them to redo there site. You really should have windows to downloads your papers for. I have a really nice paper that received an A for the class but am not able to put it online for others to read. It really stinks that you do not have a 24 hour support site to help people sign up for your site. It would really make sense to have that if you want people to use your site more often. Why do you not have an access where i can upload papers to the site. What to do when you cannot join the site to help and receive help for classes we attend. I am not sure what kind of set up this site uses and cannot send my paper here. There are important changes in my life recently. One was resigning from HP and starting a business from the ground up. another was getting involved with a person seriously. Change is implemented in isolation: A lack of systems thinking prevents project teams from identifying all the related changes that need to be made.

Mixed messages and confusion: Managers say follow strict procedures, while change requires doing anything to satisfy customers. This results in employees finding their own way of determining what is important to them. I was taught by a mentor when I first started coaching. She stated A coach's role is to develop an effective change strategy for your team. One that allows the team to peak at the right time and balances performance, self-confidence, and love of the game (Brian Burrows).
