The Canteen located in ABC University ware going to be sell at the RM500,000 price point. Besides, Mr. Bernard - the current operator of the canteen was about to migrate from Malaysia to Australia. This report will discuss about the canteen background, external analysis, internal analysis, and financial analysis to conclude the possibilities of buying this business.
Business Overview
ABC University Canteen was operated for 5 years. Besides, the canteen has 10 working staffs, and 80% of them are worked since the canteen was started. Moreover, the canteen still has 6 years rental contract with ABC University. For more, ABC University currently has approximate 10,000 students, and the student number is keep increasing every year. There are 80% of students having their launch in the ABC university canteen. Furthermore, there are no other competitors within 3 KM from the ABC University as well.
