My Autobiography Case

My name is Ying-Chou Hsieh. I am from Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. I am delightful to have this best opportunity to introduce myself slightly.

I majored in Economics in the university. But I studied Business Administration after I started to work. They are such as marketing management, financial management, and human resource management. During the past 12 years since I have graduated from university, I have been actively involved with those fields. Some of the organizations I have gained my experience in have included the National Chengchi University, the China Productivity Center and The Chinese Human Resources Development Association of ROC.

I have 15 years of business experience. During from April, 1982 to Jan, 1991 I worked with Tsung-Yuan Enterprise Corporation. In which I have become a senior officer in executive division. Then, from Jan, 1991 till now I am working with the Chang Hwa Commercial Bank. In Taiwan, she is a government-owned or government-operated Bank, the staffs of her must have to pass the enter examination held by government. I am working at loan division of Cheng Tung Branch now.

I began my career as a civil officer, above all a banl clerk. Even with my many years of experience in this field. I feel that I am still lacking in good business administration skills in the field of money and banking. Because I feel that it is highly momentous for a bank clerk to have much management skills. So this is why I hope to have more professional along with improving on my analyses and decision-makings in order to have a better performance on the job.
