What are some ways to search for recent .doc files using Microsoft® Word?

You don’t need to be skillful in searching doc files. Something’s are made easier for users to search for their document files. There are computer applications equipped with search features in which all you need to do is enter the word or expression and it will immediately take you to the words or expressions found in the total document file. This feature is precise and it will not find certain words or expressions if they are not entered in correctly.

Additional to the find feature, several applications work with the F3 key in your keyboard. The F3 key works like the find feature. It permits you to find expressions and words in a document file instantly. Unlike the find feature, the F3 key can be disengaged. The process on how to deactivate the F3 can be found online or from the developers of your word processor application in your computer.

What recommendations would you provide a user to minimize such misplacements?

To minimize misplacements, I would recommend that when you save a document in Microsoft

Word, it asks you to give a name for that document. When you do this, a new file is created
