There will be more demand for student housing as more than 80 million people will turn over 18 years of age as per author “Michael Zaransky” means more opportunity for the investors. As per survey public universities owned only 30% of housing capacity for student population who has enrolled, which means other 70% students required place to live while attending university/college.

I agree with the article as more and more people who want to get education, therefore they will need to attend university/college and place to live.
One must research before any big investment and determine the benefits, costs, profit as not all investment opportunities are created equal. It is safe to start with a small investment and hold on to the investment for a longer period of time in order to make more profit. There is an opportunity for appreciation of the property value overtime. As the demand for housing grows, the return on investment will continue to grow. One can generate about 87.5% more income in student housing than renting to single family. Students are looking for convenience close to university/college and other amenities.
