Type to enter human rights are a mess in Syria the basic need of human rights that so much of us have in the western world. We see human rights as a basic need of survival as our freedoms but once our human rights are not present then personal lives get majorly affected as well. In Syria, the powerful continue to keep their power by taking the power from everyone else. Since 1970 the Syrian government has failed to supply its people with basic human rights such as freedom to politically speak freedom to express opinions, unjust trials and even as far as unreasonable arrests. This makes life very unstable and thus leads to out-migration from Syria as conditions are to poor for basic survival. Political prisoners is also seen as a major issue as it has lead to continuous civil war as the government does not want to give its position to an election instead controlling the military and arresting anyone who doubts are argues there methods.(PUT EXAMPLE). Also follows freedom of religion is provided in the constitution, but the government restricts this right. Even the freedom of movement is heavily restricted by the government as the only legal way out is thru an exit visa that is only provided by Syrian officials. LGBT rights are also heavily prohibited any sign of homosexuality would result in instant arrest and provides up to 3 years imprisonment. These are simple requirements that everyone in the world should be granted but the government is in a situation where by taking away these simple rights they can then stay and enforce their power as they will. So much of us take for granted how free we truly are in retrospect to others in the world but the heavy discrimination comes when in one part of the world your human rights are stripped while in another all of your rights are present this primarily happens when people are taken advantage of and once someone takes control of a third world country such as Syria it is easy to remain in control as long as you don't
