ABSTRACT :- This paper focus on the changing scenario in higher education in commerce and management field . The basic objective of these article is to prove that therotical and practical knowledge is very important in the field of commerce and management . As we see that the student of science, arts, geography, maths  etc. get both practical as well as theoretical knowledge from 11th class itself but t the commerce nd management student they are left with only theoretical knowledge.

PURPOSE :- The basic purpose of these articleis to find the reason of these problem that what is the basic reason that why it had occurred and how we can find a solution for these problem .

FINDING :- As per the researcher the first step should be taken by the university and the higher education system authority.
