You don't need to exercise to be healthy; you just need to eat the right foods. Do you agree or disagree? Why?

I disagree.

Healthy eating is not preventing your self from eating you favourite meal, plate or food. It is not about choosing low calories food .In fact it is having energy, happiness and great appearance.

Changing someone’s eating habit from un-healthy food to healthy food could be semi impossible in some situations, but getting used to exercise regularly is more easier and has good results and benefits in health.

The different kinds of healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, cereals etc. are important to keep our bodies and brains healthy. Whereas these types of food may reduce risk of cancers, strokes and heart diseases etc.

However, eating the right foods is not what can you do to have healthy body, some physical activities and sports should be involved as a part of healthy life style. For example when body gets calories more than its need, body gets fat and goes unhealthy. But doing physical activities leads to get these calories burned.

Regular exercises have a lot of benefits such as stronger bones and muscles, weight control, reduces blood sugar, improve fitness, better health etc.

In addition, mental health is important and exercise increases mental sharpness and makes you feel better and happy as well as it gets you rid from stress.

As we can see above that being healthy is related to having all body organs working well, and that health is more noticeable in exercising activities, but both of exercises and healthy foods should be working together to create the healthy body.
