G.J. Grewe, Inc. is a family owned business who prides their self on being a family first company. Not only do they believe that their employee’s families should come first but they also treat their employees as if they are part of their family. If you have a sick child, they believe you should be at home with that child. They treat all of their employees with respect, love and care. They make your personal issues, their issues and will work with you to resolve these issues. They treat everyone the same while understanding that everyone is different and has different needs. We have employees of certain religions that require them to observe certain holidays. These employees are given the day off with pay and without using a vacation or sick day.

G.J. Grewe, Inc. expects all of their employees to act in a professional and ethic manner. We deal with very sensitive information that must be kept confidential. We pride our self on the fact that our clients can trust us with information such as company financials, etc. We need this information to better service our customers and we need our customers to trust us to readily give us this information. Our business has been around for 30 + years and we have never had any kind of confidentiality breach.

Our company is heavily involved in our community. We own shopping centers throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. In every neighborhood we have center in, we are doing something for that community. We are donating money, participating in charity events, etc. We are heavily involved in Child Center Marygrove. This is an orphanage for children who have experienced some of the worst abuse imaginable. Our company has bought three houses next to the orphanage to give the kids who are turning 18 a place to go while looking for employment and housing. This is one of many charities we are involved in. We put several kids through private high school and college each year as well.
