Project Charter
01.] Project Description:
Main objective is to protect, aesthetic beauty to the environment and shelter to the walkers. Focus on environmental reservation and green initiating as a CSR Project.
Planting trees along road side in industrial zone in Biyagama.
02.] Scope
Five hundred trees covered by five kilometers, both sides of along the road.
03.] Duration
It will be scheduled for the three months, Every Thursday per week. It will be started on May from first week.
04.] Cost
Rs. 250 per plant including planting.
Meals: Rs.300 per person, total members is 20 for 14 days.
Total Meal Cost = 300 × 20 ×14 = Rs.84000.00
Cost will be sponsored by companies located in industrial zone Biyagama.
05.] Quality Management
Find high quality plants.
Grow as a recommended weather and soil conditions.
Fertilizer.
Types of plants are Mango, Mahogany.
Water addition by Environmental Cleaning Services.
06.] Human Resource Management
Twenty volunteers selected in different sponsored company.
07.] Communication Management
Banners, Posters
Formal communication through email among companies in BOI.
