Almost everywhere in the world there are similitaries and differences.  Just like in The Indus Valley and Mesopotamia, both of them were some of the earliest civilizations in the world but Mesopotamia had a temple in the middle of their city while the Indus Valley has a bath in the center of their city.

In Mesopotamia the center of their city was their temple but in the Indus Valley the center of their city is a great bath. Indus Valley having the great bath in the center means that the Indus Valley people were not as dependent on their religion as the Mesopotmanian people were. They had a temple in the middle of their city meaning that they value religion more. Just the fact that they have two totally separate artifacts in the middle of their city makes the two cities makes seem very different.

Mesopotamia and the Indus Valley both are some of the largest cities. Mesopotamia held 50,000 people. The Indus Valley held 200,000. Both of those numbers being large impacted both cities. If the cities did not have a large number of people they could not have accomplished what they accomplished in the time period.

The Indus Valley and Mesopotamia both have sewage, which helps the city stay cleaner. Having sewage makes the city not smell as bad. Keeping the city clean helps the people pf the cities stay healthy by not getting sick from the bacteria’s in the feces. People in the Indus Valley were huge on being clean. Instead of having a temple in the middle of their city the y have a bath to keep them clean.
