                        Which three motivational methods would you as a manager apply?

        Understanding the three methods will ensure that our organization ha the top if motivational skills needed to get the job done and everything running smoothly. There are many motivational methods to use on employees in a workplace. I am going to provide the following of motivational methods that would be use to in an organization that is implementing a change. As a manager we should not use the same techniques on the same person repeatedly. A manager should always get to know their employees and figure out which employees like what and what kind of position the employee in first off before a manager starts using methods on an employee. Money is a great motivator there are so many raises a manager can offer their employees. Recognizing an employee’s hard work is a motivational skill, being recognize for the hard work you do motivates you to continue to do a good job. Setting a good example can makes a good motivational method, as well as staying positive.

 Another motivational skill would be letting employees compete for time off at work. Like if an employee was to get great customer satisfaction within the month then the employee gets to pick which day she would prefer off. Another would be celebrating an employee’s birthday surprising them. This will show your employee’s that you really care about them and the work they do. Also making everyone feel more committed to one another in the workplace. Like bonding with employees can build up friendship, your employees are more likely to gain trust and become a loyal employee. The more connected you are with your employees the more you want to help them out. The theoretical concepts that supports what I have discussed above are work style, workplace atmosphere, behavior and communication.
