Nowadays in the modern era , we have to send, receive, and process huge numbers of information and message every day. But effective communication is about more than just exchanging information, is also understanding the message or information we are receiving from our customer or employer .Good employer communication is essential to business success, Regular interaction with your customers will help build trust and loyalty. If a customers believe that we are communicating with them openly, they will feel our relationship with them is one of mutual trust. I work in the Sales department as a sales Assistant for B/E aerospace an aircraft company, the company have different segments, the commercial aircraft , the Business jet and the consumables Management.  

As part of the sales department and the sales assistant team my manager says how my daily job function will help the company to reach their goal.  My manager lectured me on how my responsibility will support the team to reach their ideal revenue target goals and their revenue growth of 5-8% by helping and providing for the quotation in a timely manner.  For example, running and returning batch quantities within 4 hours to help the sales reps win orders from the customer(s) increase the numbers of orders daily entries to about 90%; improving our internal customer service trying to meet their needs and priorities from the internal customers for our daily booking.

Supporting the sales reps revenue target of the quarter by performing order entry processing all orders within a 24 hour period.  Checking the warehouse to be sure there is sufficient stock (goods) to supply the customers’ purchasing orders.  Examining a track of accuracy report of the warehouse check while entering order improve process time of the order arrangements.  Sending the request to our e-mail will make the process faster.  Any requests that help to ship the sales order and keeping a good communication with warehouse accounting and procurement department.
