Wal-Mart stores provide numerous opportunities to achieve the goals of employees. Depending on his or her schedules, Wal-Mart has hired college students to work full or part time. As part of Wal-Mart’s recruitment and selection process Wal-Mart has hired significant numbers of different students such as African American female college students especially females with a Hispanic beliefs and representation as intern. The students are able to pick from diversities of careers and development training programs. The internship program for the students includes a practical training and development program regarding interaction to employees and customers and other everyday works involvement to present him or her real working culture. In addition, after he or she has completed their schooling they are now ready to be hired if the student did well with the training (Wal-Mart Careers, 2013).

Continuously, Wal-Mart is growing which would be the reason they are looking for the best candidates. All over the world Wal-Mart has thousands of job openings. Individuals can apply in stores, foreign or local offices by sending in his or her resume email or via mail and Wal-Mart will call their candidates for an initial examination or interview but will depend on the position they want to apply. An additional recruitment process could consist of the following processes (Wal-Mart Careers, 2013).

If an individual would like to pursue their application they can look at Wal-Marts international, local, or official website and complete an application form online or they could go to their hiring booth located in the Wal-Mart stores. Individuals should ensure that they have provided the correct and proper data, a series of misrepresentation or omission could eliminate candidates for untruthfulness (Wal-Mart Careers, 2013).
