The change method he applied is the Radical Change.

Ayman did not explain why the current situation is unacceptable, even if he wants to seize an opportunity available in the market.

He suddenly replaced half of the top management instead of relying on them to make the vision clear to all employees. Vision must be clear to make all employees buy into it and put their efforts to make change come true with positive outcome.

The sudden change occurred not based on clear plan path or strategy. So if the employees does not know how the vision will be achieved and what the process entails, they will not open to change

Therefore the R factor is greater than D, V & F as they do not exist, so there will be a resistance for the change occurred and this will lead the organization not to survive for too long in the market, unless Ayman started to put into his consideration how to reduce this core factor to make his change succeed.
