Spiritual Leadership Style In the Workplace

        To define what is the significance of Spirituality that affects the Leadership Style, first we must scrutinize the connotation of the two key facets of the phrase “Spirit” and the “Leader”.  Merriam-Webster derives the word spirit as “the immaterial intelligent or sentient part of a person”.  Hence, the word denotes an extensive pious implication.  As for leader it is defined by Cambridge as “someone or something that is the first or the most important”.  Thus, the person who influences its subordinates to follow and behave in the selfsame manner.  (Keikha, Hoveida & Nour 2017) United, it typifies the terms that a person who leads and features a spiritual characteristic into his or her position will eventually foster the essence to its adherents.  (Ramachandaran, Krauss, Hamzah & Idris 2017) Thereby, suggests a holistic approach that is values-based rippling over the relationship between the leader and its subordinates.  (Milliman, J., & Ferguson, J., 2008)

        My utmost respect and reverence to the office and the institution.  I am writing to consider this proposal to have a spiritual workplace and includes strands that has forthright post, sincere workers and the most important of all, upholds values.  (Crossman, J. 2010) A workplace that is spiritual is intended to get the people interlinked the promotes confidence to different party advocating productive framework.  Without the furtherance of spirituality, the development of better relationship is taxing which evolves to obstacles.  This study appraises the correlation between spirituality in the workplace and the job fulfillment enclosed with credence.  Trust mediate the synergy in-between and would act as a positive bridge.  As a result, many problems like pressure, lethargy, and vexation of spirit can be minimized.  (Pawar, B. S. 2014).
