Entrepreneurial Beginnings

That expansion introduced Right to new markets and ·opened the door for continuing growth. By 1986, Right had 36 offices in North America with total revenues of $18 million. To expand further in both North America and Western Europe, the company completed an initial public offering in 1986.

Today Right Management Consultants is the largest publicly traded organization in the industry with more than 150 office in North America, Europe, Australia the Far East, and Latin America. There are 8 offices in the Florida division alone and 200 offices worldwide.
