1.        Introduction

This report provides recommendations to improve cross-cultural management at West Indies Yacht Club Resort, linked highly to adapt management style into local culture and restore the close relationship between the expatriates and the local staff. It proposes actions to take with culture differences and communication channels.

The general manager is concerned about the communication problems arises from the cross-cultural management of the managers. He requested me to investigate the reason behind his concerns and how the resort can tackle them and improve the situation.

This report provides the conclusions, recommendations, and the findings.
