4) Approximate profit / bulb                         = Rs(50-100)

5) Current buyers                                            = Local shops

WORK ALOTTED TO EACH TEAM 

1) Sales Team (5 members)

a) To find ways to pack the CFL bulbs.

b) Must find efficient and effective ways of packing.

c) Prepare videos and dub them to the women for an efficient manufacturing of CFL bulbs.

d) Find sellers who can sell raw materials at a cheaper price than the existing seller.

2) Marketing Team (3 members)

a) Find ways to push the bulbs in the market such as

    1) Selling the bulbs to the government under the          project ( Bachat lamp yojana).

    2) Finding wholesale distributers or retailers,

    3) Finding construction companies and persuading them to buy from us.

b) Develop some marketing strategies like if a seller sells a particular quantity of our bulbs , we will give him some discounts.

3) Accounts and Operations team (2 members)

a) Prepare Balance sheet, profit and loss statement and etc.

b) Helping women to distribute their salaries.

c) Do analysis such as BEP, Competitive differentiation , when to increase / decrease the cost along with the sales team .

4) PR-TEAM (1member)

a) Should register the company.

b) Should find a lawyer to help in registration of our company.

c) Should help buyers in case of any defect in the bulb.

d) Should work along with sales and marketing team.

e) Advertise in the newspaper in the form of articles about our company.
